Sigl Gregor

Artistic education
Gregor Sigl studied with Philippe Hirshhorn at the Utrecht Conservatory. Other teachers include Lynn Blakeslee, Viktor Liberman, Herman Krebbers, Alexander Kerr and Charles André Linale. He participatd in masterclasses of Zakhar Bron, Yfrah Neaman and Ruggiero Ricci.

Artistic career
As a member of the Hyperion Ensemble Salzburg he performs in chamber music concerts all over Europe and the USA. Ever Since 1997 Gregor regularly appears as a guest concertmaster with orchestras including Ensemble CIS, Camerata Salzburg, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra.
